How is the personal data securely hosted and in which countries is it stored?
Data is stored on MongoDB hosted on GCP in the Netherlands where we have our data centre.
How are the data backups stored?
Backups are made every 15 minutes and stored for 30 days.
Is njuko signed up to any code of conduct or certification scheme linked to data protection?
We are in the process of getting our SOC2 compliance (EOY). We have several policies in place around data privacy and data protection.
